Youth Outreach Program
For youth & young adults ages 16-25
who are living on their own
Helping young people who are living independently
put together the pieces needed to reach their goals.
- Housing. Whether it's getting into the emergency shelter, finding a place to live for the first time, or avoiding eviction, we can help.
- Finding community resources. Whether it's getting detergent to wash clothes, finding out about the food pantry, or applying for social services, we can help.
- Jobs. Whether it's applying for that first job, or getting along with the boss, or working towards a promotion, we can help.
- Education. Whether it's finishing high school, getting a GED, or attending college, we can help.
- Someone to talk to. Whether it's feeling disconnected from family, angry at the world, or frustrated with a young child, we can help.
