The Learning Web is dedicated to enabling local youth—whether homeless or more fortunate—to build capacity and thrive as self-assured, self-directed, productive adults. By offering a developmental series of community-based learning experiences tailored to the interests and complex needs of each individual youth, The Learning Web builds a bridge that helps each youth successfully travel the path into positive adulthood.
To provide Tompkins County with high-quality programs and services that will help ensure that all our young people will make the transition to adulthood successfully, finish high school, develop a productive career path leading to gainful employment and self-sufficiency, and contribute in a healthy and positive way to better our community.
